The house is built from Istrian stone and it is adjusted to the present lifestyle with modern and classic furniture. The villa has 5 bedrooms with bathrooms, a spacious living room with a fireplace and access to the terrace. On the ground floor is the wellness area with a whirlpool for 4 persons and a Finnish sauna, the play area with a billiard table and a dartboard as well as fitness equipment. There is access to the swimming pool from that area. Besides the swimming pool, there are 12 deckchairs, an area with a grill and a summer kitchen. On the second floor, there are 3 bedrooms furnished in Istrian style with a view on the lake Butoniga. An additional benefit for guests is the introduction with Istrian gold – truffles. All guests have the chance to taste truffle specialities for free and to get introduced with this exotic food in the family-owned company Karlić truffles.
