We are friendly and reliable accommodation providers who offer an outstanding experience for any traveler, whether you’re looking for a serviced apartment, relaxing holiday or a base in Southampton Hampshire. We have serviced apartments that can accommodate either individual guests or groups of up to six people.
Our -bedroom serviced apartment with one bathroom offers the comfort you need, helping you feel at home. With a fully equipped kitchen and smart TV with Sky, you’re sure to have everything you need. Complete with our WiFI services to keep you always connected.
It’s perfectly located. In addition, our cleaning is upon request for more extended stays with fresh towels and linen. We have great extra beds for those not in the master bedroom.
This serviced apartment is a few minutes’ walk from the car park and only a short distance from a wide range of local shops and restaurants.
Our Self Check-In Apartments provide you with an excellent standard of living. Our self-check-in process ensures a hassle-free stay, while the bustling city centre is within easy reach.
Our Serviced apartment is the perfect choice for a family trip to Southampton. It allows you to experience a home away from home and enjoy your visit to Southampton, including Ocean Village Bargate, Mayflower Park, Titanic Engineer Officers Memorial, and Manor Farm with your family.

Access is by an internal lift; however, there are an approx. Six steps once inside the building – be aware of any mobility issues.
House Manual is provided in the apartment with details of local attractions and amenities, WiFi code, how to use the shower, etc.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT
Subject to availability and extra cost, check in can be brought forward to 2:00 PM and check-out extended to 12:00 PM. If this is requested, please advise us as soon as possible so that we have time to reschedule housekeeping. Payment in advance will be required via bank transfer or credit/debit card.
IMPORTANT
Our properties are protected by TRUVI, the digital trust platform that enables hosts, operators and guests to confidently transact in the short-term rentals space. Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted by Truvi directly to verify yourself. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in.
Use the keypad at the main front door to gain access to the lobby (see code above) Use the lift to the first floor. There is a key box beside the front door of Apartment 6 containing the front door key.
Once you have the key and opened the front door, please close the box, scramble the numbers and close the flap. Please keep hold of the key for the duration of your stay. At the end of your stay, put the keys back in the key safe box.
