Villa la Vista - up to 10 pax

Villa la Vista is an independent villa recently renovated with a contemporary style where simplicity and functionality have been combined together perfectly. The name ( Villa "the View" ) it's inspired by the breathtaking view of which this location is gifted and that gives to all its guests the possibility to enjoy the beautiness of Cefalù from a unique position.

Villa la Vista is split among two offset floors with large outdoor spaces all around, a nice solarium next to the wonderful overhang swimming pool, a barbecue area, a play area and a shaded parking space for two cars.

The swimming pool is approximately 60 square meters wide and the access can be prevented using a little gate to ensure children's safety. Next to the pool a solarium is located with a shaded area featuring a barbecue and a dining table, where all the guests can have a meal together even during the warmest hours of the day.

Inside, on the first floor, the villa is composed by a kitchen, a living area with a big Smart TV and a cozy sofa overlooking a large window with a stunning view of the sea and of Cefalù. Last but not least, two double bedrooms with air conditioning, a bathroom with shower and a washing machine.
On the first floor you can find a wide panoramic terrace, three double bedrooms with air conditioning, two bathrooms with shower and an outdoor play area equipped with a basketball basket and table fotball.

Please be aware that the Municipality of Cefalù requires a mandatory tourist tax of 2 euro/person per night, starting from 13 years old, for a maximum of 5 nights (in case of longer reservations the remaining nights will not be charged)
