Little Brook is a charming cottage resting on the outskirts of Weymouth, Dorset. It comes with one ground-floor double bedroom and a bathroom containing a walk-in shower, basin and WC, ideal for up to two people. Upstairs, you will find an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To the outside, there is off-road parking for one car and a garden area with outdoor furniture. Little Brook is the perfect choice for a couple seeking to explore this corner of Dorset. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Please Note: The driveway entrance leading to the property is narrow and is approx 3 meters wide. Alternatively you can park on the roadside by the front wall, subject to availability.
Please note: Use of electric car charging must be requested in advance from the owner. Guests are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate insurance and that their EV charger is suitable for use.
Amenities: Electric panel heaters with underfloor heating in bathroom. Electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave, washing machine, TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent.
