Thank you Julie, for staying with us, and we are so happy you enjoyed your stay! It was a pleasure meeting you and your family while you were here in Bretton Woods. We always want to make sure that our guests have a fantastic stay in every way, and we apologize for missing that mark with the cleaning for your rental. As a new unit, there are a few kinks we need to work out. We have already taken care of resolving this spring's ant issue, and have reached out to our water filtration company to assist us with changing the time that the filters run. They will set them to run in the middle of the day on alternating schedules, which should minimize disturbances. We also have discussed the issue of floor cleanliness with our cleaning team. It seems like it might be related to a new product that they used, so we asked them to be extra careful. The floor is a reclaimed organic wood floor, so it may be a bit different from what they are used to. We sincerely appreciate your feedback and will be using it to make sure we avoid these concerns for future guests! We have provided a cleaning refund and future stay discount so that we can hopefully have the opportunity to show you how great of a job we can do!
