This beautiful and luxurious villa is located in the popular resort area of Kapparis and is just a 5 minute walk to the beach and to a vast selection of bars, restaurants and shops. The villa is newly built and fully equipped with brand new furniture and fittings to ensure a comfortable and perfect holiday.

As you walk in to the villa, you will find the very spacious open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room has a comfortable corner sofa, widescreen TV with satellite channels and WI-FI connection. The dining area has seating for 6 persons, and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances you need for your self-catering stay as well as a breakfast bar which has seating for an extra 4 persons. The ground floor is surrounded by large patio doors which lead you to the garden and pool area.
There is a bathroom with a shower and WC on this floor.

Upstairs, you will find the three bedrooms, all of which offer sea views. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower and WC and a double bed, the second bedroom has a double bed and bedroom 3 has two bunk beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The main family bathroom is also on this floor with a shower and WC

Outside, in the spacious garden, you will find a barbecue, outside dining area with table and chairs to seat 8 persons, sun loungers and a large private pool. A pool heating is also available upon request (for an extra 50 Euros per day).

This villa also has the added luxury of a roof terrace with a hot tub (included in the price) for you to relax in, have a drink, and enjoy the stunning views. The roof terrace also includes a dining area, and separate seating area.
