Serenity Villas - Villa Elia

Serenity Villas is a wonderful brand new complex close to the beach of Kolympia at the East Side of Rhodes Island. Each villa offers a magnificent private swimming pool and a picturesque and serene setting for a memorable holiday. Elia has a bedroom that has a different entrance from the main one. Each villa conveniently accommodates up to 6 guests and promises a comfortable stay in Rhodes.
Villa Elia has two fully air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with showers and a comfy double sofa-bed in the living room.Please note that one of the bedrooms has a separate entrance and is not located in the main building. One of the bedrooms has a different entrance from the main one. There is also one bathroom with a shower next to the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, suitable for any meal preparation accompanied by the sitting area. The interior design is absolutely incredible with a tasteful decoration. Guests will find flat screen TVs and free Wi-Fi access throughout the property. Outdoors, theres a magnificent private swimming pool and sitting areas to relax under the Aegean sun. The BBQ facility and utensils offer you the opportunity to enjoy outdoor al fresco dinners by the pool.


The Villa is located in Kolympia Village. In the village you will find shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. The distance to Rhodes town is found within a driving distance of 35 minutes. You should not miss visiting Lindos Village and its incredible Acropolis at a distance of 30 minutes. Also, Tsampika beach, which is considered to be the most beautiful sandy beach in Rhodes, is only 5 minutes away by car. One of the most charming locations in Rhodes, the Seven Springs forest is only 3km away. The area of Seven Springs and the nearby forests are suitable for hiking. The airport of Rhodes is found at a distance of only 30 minutes.
Please note that the accommodation (climate) tax per overnight stay is as follows:
o From 01/04 to 31/10: 15EUR per night
o From 01/11 to 31/03: 4EUR per night
