This is a 1 bedroom apartment that is located on the top floor of the building that can accommodate up to 4 people for 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed set up in the living area.

The bathroom has a bath with an electric shower and the kitchen is well-equipped and includes an electric oven, hob, fridge, microwave, and toaster.

The apartment has been recently renovated to a high standard and is equipped for an ideal stay. All apartments are self-contained to ensure safety during Coronavirus (COVID-19 outbreak) and minimize contact with others or sharing of common areas. Wouldnt recommend to stay. As soon as you enter entrance is absolutely stunk . Full of drug addicts including in the entrance and the rooms. Entering the apartment you feel like the floor is unsafe your gonna fall throughout. Kitch was dirty like they left the last customer to clean vile ! Taps in bathroom hanging off boiler makes horrible noise when use the water. Location is run down

The flats fit for demolishing.

Not worth half the payment it's an absolute dump . 1toilet roll no dish cloths or tea towels nowhere to hang your clothes as no rod the sofa beds disgusting the doors dangerous . Could go on but there's not enough space
