Tern place (2nd floor, no lift) Welcome to our beautiful holiday let located in the charming seaside town of Southsea. Our fully furnished and spacious two-bedroom apartment is perfect for families, couples or solo travellers looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a traditional Victorian building, and it has been recently refurbished to provide modern amenities while retaining its original character. The rooms are decorated with a fresh and coastal theme, with calming blue and green accents that evoke the nearby sea.
The living room is bright and airy, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. It is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a dining table that seats four. There is also a flat-screen TV with Freeview and digital channels as well as internet TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your own meals, including a hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and a range of utensils and crockery. There is also a washing machine/dryer for your convenience, as well as an iron and ironing board.
The master bedroom is inviting, with a comfortable superking bed (or 2 singles)and plenty of storage space for your belongings. The second bedroom has two single beds, making it perfect for children or friends travelling together. Both bedrooms have soft bedding and extra blankets to ensure a good night's sleep.
The bathroom is modern and stylish, with a wet room shower, a heated towel rail, and fluffy towels provided. There is also a hairdryer available for your use.
Outside, you are in close proximity to Southsea Common and the amenities of Southsea Centre.
Southsea is a vibrant and exciting town with plenty to see and do. The apartment is situated just a few minutes' walk from the seafront, Within 1 mile there is Gunwharf Quays and the Historic Ships. Great transport links mean that you don't need a car.

A grand Naval Officers' home from 1880 recently converted into convenient apartments in a Central Southsea location. Attention to detail is important to us so all beds are comfortable, black out blinds and the choice to have net curtain are standard. Linen is hotel quality, we know that you like a decent shower so we make sure that this works well and is spotlessly clean.There is on street parking. KC zone permits are included in your stay for the first car, if you need more we can supply them at £5.00/24 hours.
Sandpiper place is a cosy 1-bed apartment ideal for a couple or solo traveller, it is flooded with light from grand Victorian windows. This converted apartment is tastefully decorated and furnished to ensure your comfort. Extra soundproofing has been added, together with a perfect galley kitchen complete with dishwasher and washer/dryer for your convenience. Please note that there are 25 stairs to the flat entrance.
Tern Place is a spacious 2-bedroom apartment with great City views from the middle of the building, it's a bit of a climb but worthwhile once inside as it is both tasteful and comfortable with everything that you need. New quality fittings and two zip-link beds (either singles or king doubles) so that you can choose to sleep apart or cuddle up, as well as a comfy sofa bed, make it ideal for groups of 2-6 in any combination. Please note that there are 40 stairs to the flat entrance.
