Pleased to have spent time staying in Norton House.

A great two day family get together
The apartment accommodation was compass described and perfect for our needs. It was a really wet couple of days so a couple of coat hooks at the entrance would have been good. Some tlc required, window in bathroom and non closing doors in lobby.

Wonderful, friendly staff, great location, brilliant stay.
Staff were outstanding, so friendly and helpful, couldn't do enough for you.
Perfect location, easy short walk in to Mumbles, [saves the hassle of parking ].
Hotel car park is large and free.
Sunday lunch was amazing, breakfasts were great.
Had an apartment, so we could spend time with the family, brilliant idea, loved that option.
Definitely be back yet again, next year.

Great overnight stay
Looking for somewhere on the Gower at short notice and found this hotel in the Mumbles. Very pleasantly surprised to find a self-catering 2 bed apartment with good facilities within easy walking distance of the town centre. Bought and made breakfast in our room.

VERY ENJOYABLE
Excellent facilities in the self catering accommodation. Very good breakfast and most enjoyable dinner for a very reasonable price. Staff very helpful and friendly. Our second stay and we will return on our next visit to Swansea.
Unable to find car park space at times maybe keep some spaces for residents only.

Convenient and value for money 2 bed suite for overnight stop whilst visiting Swansea university
Stayed here for just for one night whilst visiting Swansea University, so didn't get to see much around the hotel, but looks a nice building close to sea. The 2 bed suite looked as though it was fairly recently refurbished, with everything pretty new looking and clean. The staff were helpful

A great little apartment in a brilliant location. Stayed here for a family get together and it was perfect for us. The lounge area was a good size and the kitchen had everything we needed.Having an en-suite to the single bedroom worked well and the showers in both bathrooms were excellent. Plenty of towels, toiletries etc with housekeeping asking the second day if we needed anything. Heating worked a treat on one chilly evening. Parking was plentiful even though the hotel was busy on one night. We did our own thing, so I can’t comment on the hotel bar or restaurant.It was a very wet couple of days so a coat rack somewhere in the lounge would have been useful (we used either end of the curtain pole, which worked).We would certainly stay again.
