We stay at the Blue Bell Inn to break our journey when traveling up and down the UK. Always assured of a great stay and wonderful food in the restaurant, especially since they have a good selection of gluten free dishes.

Extremely comfortable accommodation, excellent food

We stayed overnight in the very spacious two bedroom cottage which was extremely comfortable and made for a very relaxing stopover, but would also be ideal for a longer stay. We ate in the restaurant which had a friendly and welcoming atmosphere and the food was exceptionally good.

Perfect stop over

Booked the attached cottage which was perfect for our party of five. Enjoyed our evening dinner in the pub with some local Alnwick beer. We were made to feel very welcome. Perfect point to stop if traveling to and from Scotland.
