Hosting one double bedroom, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to two guests. There is also a kitchen/diner and a sitting room. There is a parking bay for one car next to the property at the stairs up to the cottage door. Pear Cottage offers a lovely romantic base for an adventure to the Scottish Borders. Sunday arrivals are not permitted

Dogs are only permitted in the gardens, if well behaved and strictly always kept on leads, away from flower and vegetables beds; any fouling must be cleaned up and disposed of correctly.
