Pear Cottage enjoys a lovely position resting above the National Trust's Priorwood Garden shop and overlooks Melrose Abbey in Melrose, Scottish Borders. Hosting one double bedroom, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to two guests. There is also a kitchen/diner and a sitting room. There is a parking bay for one car next to the property at the stairs up to the cottage door. Pear Cottage offers a lovely romantic base for an adventure to the Scottish Borders. Sunday arrivals are not permitted
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, slimline dishwasher. Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. There is a parking bay for one car next to the property at the stairs up to the cottage door. Please could we remind you that smoking is not permitted in this property and candles or any naked flame/fireplaces should not be used. One well behaved dog welcome. Shop and pub 0.1 mile. There are 12 external steps with a handrail to the front door. Dogs are only permitted in the gardens, if well behaved and strictly always kept on leads, away from flower and vegetables beds; any fouling must be cleaned up and disposed of correctly.
