This detached holiday home is found in an elevated position overlooking Pendine, Carmarthenshire, and can sleep ten people in five bedrooms.

Clear View is a wonderful, spacious holiday home overlooking part of the seaside village of Pendine in Carmarthenshire. Hosting five bedrooms; a king-size bed and a double with en-suite showers and Juliet balconies, a double with en-suite shower, a ground-floor double with en-suite shower and a ground-floor twin, along with a ground-floor bathroom, this property can sleep up to ten guests. There is a kitchen/diner, a utility room and a sitting room. To the outside, there is a large patio with furniture to the front, a lawned area to the side and two raised patio areas to the rear with outdoor furniture, a barbecue, while off road parking is available for three cars. Clear View is a wonderful holiday cottage by the sea for all, all year round. Two well-behaved dogs welcome.

Range with double electric oven and 8-ring gas hob, Air-fryer, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Travel cot, highchair and stair gate available. Off road parking for four cars. Rear patio with furniture, lawned area and two rear raised patios with furniture. Two well behaved dogs welcome, the owner may be open to accepting a second on request, please contact us to discuss this further. No smoking. Shop, pub and beach 0.1 miles. Note: Property accessed via a steep sloping drive and a flight of stone steps, not suitable for those with limited mobility and apologies no wheelchair access. There are local restaurants, pubs, gift shops and a café and grocery shop in this wonderful holiday location. Nearby are the neighbouring seaside resorts Tenby, Caldey Island, and Manorbier. Pendine is a great holiday destination for a family who want a quiet break away to the Welsh coast.
