Casa Caleta is a beautiful house located in a quiet residential complex on the seafront with a large pool and green area. The location is ideal with direct access to the most beautiful coves of Miami Playa. In 300 meters away you can find restaurants and supermarket that open every day of the week. House Caleta has everything you need to spend a comfortable holiday and has been recently completely renovated with quality decoration and furniture.
On the ground floor there is the living room with a fully equipped kitchen from here you have an access to the private garden with barbecue. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with private balcony with sea view, plus a full bathroom with shower. The house is fully air-conditioned, has free wi-fi and parking space.

COMMON AREAS.- The use of common areas (swimming pool, garden, entrances, transit areas, parking areas,...) will be subject to Community regulations and the limitations established by the authorities. Arenda is not responsible for such limitations. It is mandatory to respect the regulations.

It is obligatory to pay the tourist tax and a final cleaning.
As it is a family tourism zone, reservations for youth groups are not accepted.
No noise can be made from 22:00 to 09:00.
