“Il Sole ad Est” is a charming rental villa on Lake Garda, located in Ponti sul Mincio (province of Mantova), just a few minutes from the picturesque locality of Borghetto and only a few kilometers from the world-famous Gardaland Park. The farmhouse, originally built in the 1400s, has been fully renovated. Outdoors you’ll find a private swimming pool with solarium area equipped with loungers, umbrellas, and shower, plus a covered patio ideal for breakfasts, lunches, and dinners during summer. Two barbecues make it perfect for grilling with friends. On request and for a fee, breakfasts, lunches, and dinners can also be served indoors or outdoors. The property includes a 3,000 m² park, making it suitable for events, weddings, and meetings.

Inside, the villa retains its rustic charm with exposed beams, fireplace, and classic country-style furnishings, combined with modern comforts: air conditioning, heating, hairdryer, baby cot, high chair, digital TV, Sky system, washing machine, dryer, DVD player, emergency lights, fax, computer, wi-fi, iPod connection, and mosquito nets. Guests also enjoy a professional pool table, private swimming pool, private parking, and a welcome grocery basket. The villa is pet-friendly.

Ground floor:
At the entrance, an atrium leads to a spacious dining room and a large living area with fireplace, armchairs, sofa, and a professional pool table. On the same level, a large kitchen features a fireplace, two refrigerators, two ovens, microwave, slicer, dishwasher, ice maker, toaster, and electric kettle, plus a large marble table and sink. Also on this floor is the Orchidea room with a queen bed and two single beds (in separate spaces).

Rosa (king): larger room with walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with large shower and double sink, plus two single beds.

Viola (queen): double room with en-suite bathroom (large shower and double sink).

Papavero (king): suite with terrace, small relaxation area (armchairs and table), and two single beds; large bathroom with shower, bathtub, and double sink.

Mimosa (king): suite with terrace, deco-style upholstery integrated into wardrobes and walls; en-suite bathroom with whirlpool tub, large shower, and double sink, plus a relaxation corner with armchairs and table.

Second floor:

Camelia (king deluxe): suite with double bed; the main wall hides the private bathroom with shower and double sink, plus retractable TV, air conditioning, and underfloor heating.

+ Two additional bedrooms (queen beds) share a bathroom with shower and double sink.

In every double bedroom of the villa, extra single beds can be added on request, making the property flexible and ideal for both families and groups.
