New holiday home 10 min drive from sundbank one of best beach in Dorset, excellent indoor facilities as well, modern, spacious, a perfect gate away home.

Main booking person must be no less then 23 year old.

4th Office/Bedroom has been created for client in smart working, laser printer provided, on request can be converted in small double bedroom to be requested in advance before check in.

Garden have a room with large All year Hot tub, 3mt x 2.2mt, 6-7 people. Hot tub is fully sanitised with water changed before every check in. Floating chlorine device and fully treatment.

Lovely house but needs some stuff fixing

This is a lovely house in a quiet neighbourhood with a short taxi ride into Poole. There were however some issues. The hot Tub was cool on day of arrival and as we were only there 2 nights we missed out on enjoying night 1. The freezer did not work, you could not get TV in the lounge( there was a Sky box but no remote and could not connect TV to internet. The downstairs toilet was continually running and did not flush properly, there was loads of rubbish and overflowing bins in the front. The concerning thing was when raised with the agent felt like we were being awkward as feedback not received positively. On leaving was told if was trying to get a refund no chance. I was surprised as not my intention. Had a great time due to the company but would not recommend.

Lovely home away from home

Super clean property and wonderfully large hot tub. A great gift basket on arrival which the kids loved. Fantastic location. Secure back garden for the dog. Thank you. We will be coming back !

Very clean property, good location nice and close to everything. Good contact from the host and no issues. Tv not in the hot tub area anymore but apart from that the house was exactly as described. Lovely weekend stay.

Perfect sociable space, but quiet

The house has plenty of social space. But it is a very quiet neighbourhood so even chatting in the garden or hot tub in the evening seemed to disturb some neighbours. There are only 4 rooms to sleep in. We had some confusion with the bedrooms listed assuming the study pull down room was a 5th space, but it isn’t! Huge hot tub, great patio and dining area. Comfortable beds. Good location and plenty of parking on the road.

Fab 50th girls weekend

Lovely property in a good location. We had a lovely welcome basket of goodies, including a bottle of wine, waiting for us which was a nice and unexpected touch. Only criticisms were we couldn’t get normal channels on the TV - the sky remote had no batteries - and the property is tired in places.

Very pleasant weekend getaway!

On arrival, everything was perfect exactly as described online whilst booking. The location is perfect, the beach only a few minutes drive away. Cleanliness was spot on, with the kitchen being the best feature of the properly. There is a nice sized dining table where you can breakfast. Fresh bread and snacks were provided by the host which was a nice touch! Robes, towels and slippers also provided. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

Brand new, clean and comfortable house.

We were celebrating my husband's 50th birthday with a small group of friends. The communication and check in instructions were very clear. The host replied to all messages very quickly. We were allowed to check in slightly earlier as arrived sooner. The house is very much like the pictures with added personal touches. Ryan organised a welcome pack with fresh baked bread, snacks, wine and even got the 'Happy Birthday' candles! The house was spotless and warm. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, toiletries, hair dryer. The house has a beautiful mature garden, gazebo, BBQ. Sadly it rained most of the time but we had the warm jacuzzi ready for us to use with robes and slippers. Huge TV and great sound system. Neighbourhood is residential and quite but shops and pub within walking distance. Overall an unforgettable Birthday and I would recommend to anyone looking for a modern and fun place. 10 min drive to the beach too :) We were in a rush when we left and forgot few things, Ryan got in touch right away and helped organise a courier!
