Suitable for long or short stays, the accommodation comprises of; a large lounge with plenty of space to relax, a smaller double bedroom with several storage spaces, kitchen and shower room. . The large sofa in the lounge easily folds out into a full size double bed (as seen in the photos)if requiredwhile the dining table looking out towards Dundee also doubles as an open and bright workspace. The perfect accommodation for both residential and corporate guests.
Especially useful for long terms guests, there is a washing machine and drying rack for you to use and (since a lot of people ask) you are welcome to use the vacuum cleaner if you want to.

There is a secure, well-lit stairway up to the apartment and being a quiet residential block you are guaranteed a comfortable stay. Given this, noise must be kept to an acceptable level in the apartment and stairwell at all times.
Please note, this flat is on the second floor.
There is a Double bed and some small storage spaces in the main bedroom but this room is quite small compared to the lounge. The door is also slightly narrower than a standard door.
