Other Things to Note:
This is a compact, traditional,, terraced English house.
• The bathroom is on the ground floor.
• The stairway is slightly narrow.
• The property is on a hill so there is an incline when walking to the property via the town centre.
• The kitchen is new and very well appointed but due to space limitations there is no dishwasher, and the worktop space is limited, we tried to fit in as much as we could!
• All bedding provided at the apartment is hypoallergenic.
Please note, a refundable cautionary deposit of £500 is required before your stay starts. If you have booked via Airbnb, you will not be asked to pay a damage deposit.
Please note if you have booked via Hosting Holidays, 50% of your payment will be taken upfront, the other 50% will be collected 5 days before your check in date.
Any stays booked during dates of The Royal Henley Regatta within a 10-mile radius of Henley-On-Thames are not eligible for refunds of any kind. If any refunds are given it is at the full discretion of Hosting Homes.
