We are very sorry for the not fully positive experience despite no complaints or negative feedback during the stay in which case we would have tried to provide support. In any case, we would like to point out that all appliances are fairly new, none are very old; there is plenty of free parking around the property and in particular there is a huge car park with hundreds of free parking spaces about 4 minutes walk away. Regarding the dirtiness, we were only informed of it after the stay was over and after the review that it had only been spotted under the sofa, we would have immediately intervened with an extraordinary cleaning if it had been reported to us in good time. We hope to be able to satisfy you better on your next visit!

You initially told us that you did not want a refund and that we could keep the payment to make further improvements to the apartment. However, you later changed your mind without any clear explanation. In our opinion, there were other reasons for your decision to leave that were unrelated to the issues you described in your review. The sofa is made of genuine leather, so some natural signs of wear are to be expected. Nevertheless, it has been professionally cleaned and refurbished. The bed linens and bath towels were replaced last year. While frequent washing may cause white fabrics to become slightly less bright over time, they were all thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. The hand towels were also clean and disinfected. We are honestly unsure which apartment your comments refer to, as they do not reflect the condition of our property. Our consistently positive reviews are a result of the high standards we maintain.During your stay, you did not raise any concerns. You mentioned that you were only using the apartment to sleep, and you arrived with plenty of time to find alternative accommodation if you had been genuinely dissatisfied. Instead, you decided to leave the following day, citing reasons that we believe were minor and could have been discussed with us. Regarding the mold you mentioned, there was only a very small amount of mildew in the shower area, which can occasionally develop due to humidity. However, the shower had been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.
