The Space:
The house consists of two levels, two large living rooms (one on each level), an open plan fully equipped kitchen with dinning area for six+, 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub and one guest WC in the hallway.

On the ground floor:
The main living room features very comfortable seating around the fireplace with a large corner sofa. The sofa opens to a double bed.
Here you will also find our fully equipped open plan kitchen and dinning area.
There is one double bedroom with a double bed and a WC in the hallway.

On the top floor:
There is one more living room upstairs with a double sofa and a couple of tea tables. The sofa opens to a double or two single beds if required. The leaving room leads to a spacious shaded balcony, equipped with patio furniture and with picturesque panoramic views to our village, the sea and the slopes of Taygetos mountain. There is also a dedicated laundry room on the top floor.

Both living rooms (downstairs and upstairs) are air conditioned.

On the outside, our garden features a built-in BBQ, stone built features and several lounging areas with dinning and low and high coffee tables. There is also a lawned relaxation area with beach recliners, shaded by big olive tree and surrounded by evergreen bushes.

There is private car parking area.

Guests will have access to all the areas of the house.

The Neighborhood:
The property is located in Lefktro, a characteristic village of Mani just 1km away from the cosmopolitan resort of Stoupa and the famous sandy beaches of Stoupa and Kalogria.
In Stoupa you will find everything you need during your stay. There are super-markets for you daily groceries, local shops, a pharmacy, a doctor and a medical centre (at Agios Nikolaos, 4km away), restaurants, beach bars and traditional taverns.
Visit the Foneas beach which is hidden within the two slopes of a canyon (just 3 km away of the house) or the Delfinia secluded pebbly beach (4km). If you are feeling adventurous, you can have a unique experience by visiting one of the dive centres in the area or try one of the beach activities available at the beach of Stoupa.

Take a walk or a bike ride on the cycling route from Stoupa to the harbour of Agios Nikolaos (4km), along the coastline and the endless olive groves of Mani. Explore the numerous picturesque villages of the region, each one with its own unique identity and character. Enjoy your seafood with a cold drink in the small harbour of Agios Nikolaos (4km) by the colourful fishing boats and experience the traditional cuisine at one of the many taverns of Kardamili (7km). Take a walk in the historic alleyways and admire the traditional architecture and the beautifully preserved ancient towers. Discover the traditional village of Limeni (35km) and spend an unforgettable evening at the town of Areopoli (38km), a perfect example of the unique local architecture.
