Detached Luxury Villa with private pool, central Quesada. With games area.
The Villa stands on a large 1100m2 plot, situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, sleeping a maximum of 8 people and has a huge amount of outdoor space. The town of Quesada known as the âQuesada Stripâ is a mere 6-minute walk away. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the Villa.
This Property is rented out as a whole including the apartment. There would be no other rentals taken during your time here. There is private off road parking for up to 3 cars on the driveway.
The main villa is located on the 2nd floor and consists of a dining room, lounge area with Smart TV, English TV Satellite Channels, fully equipped Kitchen, family bathroom complete with walk in shower and w/c. There are three bedrooms - one king size with an en-suite bathroom complete with walk-in shower and w/c, with a further king size bedroom and twin bedroom. All bedrooms have good storage. Air-Con is available throughout the villa.
Access to the main villa is via the front staircase, this takes you straight into the glazed sunroom, then into the living room which comprises a good sized family seating area along with a log burning fire for winter months. Firewood can be purchased locally if required.
The dining room is connected to a well-equipped kitchen (including oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and other kitchen essentials). Patio doors lead from the dining room to an outside terrace where you will find a table and chairs ready for you to enjoy your early morning coffee.
The front sunroom overlooks the garden and pool area, there are comfy chairs and if you are an early riser you can watch the sun rise from here.
There is a self-contained apartment on the ground floor. The apartment has its own equipped kitchen, bathroom and lounge area along with a king sized bedroom with plenty of storage. The lounge area also has English TV Satellite Channels and a DVD player. Air-con is available in the apartment also.
The pool area has 8 sunbeds along with outdoor furniture for relaxation. The villa gets plenty of sunshine all day so you can work on your tan. You will also find outdoor dining furniture so you can enjoy alfresco dining. The pool is 10m by 8m (approx.) which is a great size either for swimming or playing in, the deepest part being around 6FT. There is a gate to gain entry to the pool area making it extremely child friendly. You will find an outdoor kitchen along with games area containing of a pool table and ping pong table.
A washing machine and dryer are situated in the attached garage at the side of the villa and is available for use although washing detergent is not provided. The washing line can be found at the rear of the property.
There are various fruits trees to the rear-side of the property. Please feel free to help yourself should you need a slice of lemon for your gin and tonic, fruit for your sangria or freshly squeezed orange to accompany your morning breakfast (season dependant).
In the town of Ciudad Quesada you will find a good variety of shops, bars and restaurants, numerous banks, a bowling alley, a snooker hall, a water park, crazy golf and a gym. There are several supermarkets in the area which are well-stocked and competitively priced, within walking distance. There is also a pharmacy, hairdressers and 24-hour petrol station. There is a Health Centre nearby which will see holiday makers should the need arise. There are plenty of larger supermarkets around, but they are a short drive away.
