An apartment on the first floor, with private wifi and community pool. The apartment is located in Pueblo Laguna just 50m from the beach with restaurants, the promenade, and bars very very close. The beaches of Las Marinas are very beautiful and you can walk to Garrucha in 20 minutes or so

The urbanization is closed with the swimming pool in front of the community with the tennis court next to it.

THE COMMUNITY POOL IS OPEN BETWEEN JUNE 15 AND SEPTEMBER 15 ONLY. OUT OF THESE DATES THERE IS NO ACCESS.


Key collection for the property that you have rented for your holiday will be from a key safe located in Mojacar / Vera playa and will be available from 3pm. The arrival information will be sent to you approximately 2 weeks before your arrival date with clear instructions included for your arrival to your property. Presencial meetings can be arranged if preferred and the cost will be 25€ payable to the agent on arrival.
We offer addicional services such as welcome packs, cot & highchair hire and these can be booked and paid for on your arrival.

Rights of access
Rentmojacar SL Property Management, its representatives or its subcontractors have the right of access to the property at any time with due consideration to the convenience of the lessee for the purposes of changing clothes, inspecting the property and to carry out any essential or routine repair or maintenance work.
