Sleeping 13 guests, Alexander House is a superb property for a family gathering. The house is at the end of a private no-through road making it very peaceful and secluded but it is also only a very short distance to the beach, the Meare and other attractions in Thorpeness, and a walk along the beach to Aldeburgh. Downstairs there is a large, open-plan living space with a well equipped kitchen, dining area and comfy seating. There is a further sitting room with a cosy wood burning stove and large television with Sky so everyone can have their own space and enjoy relaxing.

Upstairs the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with rainfall shower over the bath. There are a further two bedrooms with a king-size bed and a double bed, a twin room and a further room with three single beds and an en-suite shower room. The family bathroom has a separate rain fall shower and a bath. The house has the added attraction of a downstairs bedroom with a bathroom which is ideal for less mobile guests.

The garden is enclosed and provides a lovely space for eating out with garden furniture and a barbecue. There is off road parking for up to four cars.

The dining space has a large table and chairs and the table can be extended to seat a large party. The sitting room area has a large corner sofa and armchairs. There is a large television with a DVD player and Sky package.

With washing machine, butlers sink and a door to the garden. Iron, ironing board and clothes airer provided.

With WC and wash basin.

With a sofa and armchair, a further television and a wood burning stove.

With two 3' single beds and french doors leading to the back of the house.
