Self check-in apartment on the 3rd floor accessible by a communal staircase and hallway (no lift).
Free parking in front of the apartment during the day and overnight on Ann Street but restricted for an hour both in the morning and evening (8-9am & 5-6pm Mon-Friday). During the 1 hour restricted times, park adjacent the living room window on unrestricted Regent Street then walk down the street steps back into the apartment on Ann Street.
Unfortunately the council only issues parking permits to particular cars. Thus, the permits can not be given to visitors.

1. Check-In from 3pm and Check-Out by 11am.
2. No smoking inside the apartment.
3. No pets allowed in the property.
