Gibt es einen besseren Urlaub als wenn Sie morgens von Sonnenstrahlen und verspielten Möwen geweckt werden? Der perfekte Tag kann beginnen und wir empfehlen sofort ein gutes Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit unwiderstehlichem Panoramablick auf das Meer.

Verbringen Sie einen heißen Nachmittag in dieser gemütlichen und geräumigen Wohnung in sanften Farben, die wir kürzlich in einem einzigartigen rustikalen Stil renoviert haben, weil wir möchten, dass Sie sich bei uns wohl und entspannt fühlen. Die Wohnung ist 40 m2 groß und verfügt über eine Terrasse von 15 m2. Sie befindet sich im ersten Stock einer Familienvilla und ist nur 30 Meter vom Strand entfernt. Es besteht aus einem geräumigen Schlafzimmer mit Meerblick, Bad und Wohnzimmer, das mit der voll möblierten Küche verbunden ist.
Wir möchten Sie jedoch darüber informieren, dass Sie in Seget Donji und Umgebung (250 m) einige Restaurants mit perfekter mediterranen Küche finden. Wir empfehlen Ihnen, die lokalen Spezialitäten zu probieren, da sie Sie begeistern werden!

Aber es ist nicht nur die lokale Küche, an die Sie sich noch lange erinnern werden. In Seget Donji spüren Sie wie man in Dalmatien lebt, genießen Sie mediterrane Vegetation, charmante Buchten mit Fels- und Kiesstränden. Das Apartment ist in einer ausgezeichneten Lage. Hervorstechend ist der riesige Balkon. Da dieser auf 2 Seiten verläuft hat man den ganzen Tag Sonne. Das Apartment ist super sauber. Anamarija und ihr Vater sind immer hilfsbereit. Er hat uns sogar zum Flughafen gebracht. Die Küche ist vielleicht ein wenig klein, aber zweckmäßig. Die Lage des Apartments ist ideal. Es ist nicht weit zu den Restaurants oder nach Trogir. Wer nicht laufen will, fährt mit dem Wassertaxi

Einer gute Aufenhalt ist für uns was anderes als wir bekommen haben. Ameisen und Schlaflose Nächte

Wir haben das Apartment gemäß gute Bewertungen ausgesucht. Leider stimmen die Bewertungen überhaupt nicht mit Realität. Das Schlafsofa ist leider gar nicht zum Schlafen geeignet (extrem hart und ungerade) Das schlimmste ist, dass das Problem beim Vermieter schon aus ehemalige Bewertungen bekant gewesen ist! Ich musste 4 Tage lang an Anna-Maria schreiben und bitten es mal zu ändern. Anstatt ein mal zu kommen un es zu klären hat Sie Ihre Eltern zu uns geschickt. Das persönliche Kontakt ist leider auch unfreundlich und sehr trocken gewesen ist. Nach mehrere Versuche haben wir einer Antwort bekommen, dass sie nichts mehr machen können. Das haben wir natürlich nicht erwartet. Das nachbar- Zimmer stand die ganze Zeit unbesetzt und man könnte einfache Übernachtung da anbieten. Das zweite Problem ist die Klimaanlage die sich genau gegenüber das Sofa befand und die ganze Zeit ins Gesicht gepustet hat. Das dritte Problem die gelbe Ameisen die da überall sind sogar im Bett! Das ist leider ein Horror Urlaub für uns gewesen ist. Es kann sein das die andere Apartment besser sind aber ich werde andere Abraten es auszutesten. Wir haben beim Abreise sogar keine Entschuldigung von Anna-Maria bekommen. Wir wurden im Treppenhaus komplett ignoriert. Sehr bitter. We selected the apartment according to good reviews. Unfortunately, the reviews do not agree with reality at all. The sleeping sofa is unfortunately not suitable for sleeping (extremely hard and odd) The worst part is that the problem with the landlord already from previous reviews is known! I had to write to Anna-Maria for 4 days and ask to change it. Instead of having a time to come and clarify it, your parents have sent to us. The personal contact is unfortunately also unfriendly and very dry. After several attempts we got an answer that they can do nothing more. Of course we did not expect that. The next room was the whole time unbesetztetzt and one could offer simple overnight there. The second problem is the air conditioning, which was exactly opposite the sofa and pushed the whole time in the face. The third problem is the yellow ants which are everywhere even in bed! This is unfortunately a horror holiday for us. It may be that the other apartment is better but I will try other adverts. We did not get an apology from Anna-Maria when we left. We were completely ignored in the stairwell. Very bitter.

Our reviews show how much we care about the guests and how much we try to do our best. We showed that when we hosted you too. We were of assistance when you entered the apartment without a passport and entered Croatia without any document. Sofa bed in the living room is an auxiliary bed and can not replace the actual bed. We tried to find a way out and we brought you mattress. We have not neglected the problem and we never ignore it. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee that the bed will be exactly what you want or have in your own home. It's an apartment that has three stars. The air conditioner is mounted on the wall and is fixed. The distance from the device to the sofa is two meters. It can not be removed but you can adjust the petals on the unit upwards so it does not hit your face while sitting on the couch. The extra room you mention is a private part of a house that does not rent. If we have any free apartment we always offer another one. We have shown our hospitality when you used bbq and you have thanked with the chocolate. We did not get the impression that you were dissatisfied. That year there were ants in the apartment and in the whole neighbourhood. That's why we excuse.

Helt ok boende. bäddsoffan var hemsk som barnen sov i. Annars helt ok. mära till havet.

Hel ok boende, sängarna var hårda, bäddsoffan hemsk att sova på. Nära till havet, nära till en camping som sålde "billig" mat. Bra att ha bil om man bor på detta boende om man vill åka runt lite. Det är 2 km från Trogir och marknaden. Bilden vi tittade på innan resan var missvisande, vi fick ett annat rum än bilden ovan och den vi beställde.

Apartment no.1 is three star apartment with comfort bedroom with franch bed and new hypoallergenic mattress. Sofa bed in living area is an extra bed .For those who have and problems sleeping on we provide an extra mattress. Apartment is situated in touristic area where you can find many restaurants in distance of 250 m and more ... they offer all kind of cuisine, most mediterranean. Fish restaurant Frankie very famous for its dishes is the first one only 250 m away and after in direction to village there are more restaurants with local cuisine. Guest can try paleo/lchf restaurant in new opened hotel OLA. Also high standard restaurants are provided in boat marina Baotic as well in Hotel Jadran all in distance of 300-500 m, situated on the promenade. Apartment is 30 m from the sea and beach.There are taxi boats just below the house that run each half an hour to Trogir and Seget Vranjica. From Trogir you can catch another taxi boat to island Ciovo as well as for Split. Area is good connected and most of the trips you can do with boats . For our guests we organise daily excursions to Krka National Park with mini van that pick you up on the road as well for Plitvice Lakes. Reservations made true homeaway are secure and 100 % safe since guest themself choose apartment to book. All guests can see which apartment they have booked in theirs inqury and in booking confirmation. The entire correspondence is stored on Homeaway so you can always check . We cooperate with Homeaway since 2009 and we care about our guests and theirs stay. We try to do our best. More about us and our accommodation can be found in other reviews for apartment no.2 and 3.

Lovely location & well equipped apartment

This was our third trip to Croatia, so it is really growing on us as a holiday destination. We were in apartment 1 which had a large main bedroom looking over the sea & islands. There was a balcony on two sides to enable the enjoyment of the view and the sun throughout the day. Living area and dining area was combined and tastefully appointed with the necessary sofa, TV, table and chairs. Bathroom was a good size with a cozy corner shower. The kitchen was small but functional and very well equipped. Couldn't cook a three course meal easily, but when there were plenty of excellent eating places in nearby Trogir why would you try! Trogir is a 5 min drive away and whist parking is restricted, its a really interesting place to amble around. There supermarkets 5-10 min walk away from the apartment to get the essentials. Excellent place for couple wanting romantic walks and beautiful views. Beaches in Croatia are generally not sandy, but there is a pretty good beach 30m from the apartment if you want to catch some rays and take a dip. The Split airport is only 15min drive away so it's super convenient to get to as well. Highly recommended, cannot wait to go back.

I was born and raised in Trogir . My parents built this house in 1976 and I started to live here in 1984 until 1998 when I went to collage in Dubrovnik. Now I live in Trogir with my own family but almost ever day I am at my parents. Just love the place with Mediterranian surroundings and location.

Since I am working in bank as a director , after a busy day I like to relax in Seget Donji and enjoy rest of the day.

In my free time I love to travel , experience new culture , different traditions and I know what someone expects when staying in a vacation rental property. During your stay I will try to be the perfect host telling you what to do, what to see and giving you the best tips about excursions, beaches and restaurants on this area!

You will be welcome by me or my parents . In case of any problem related to the house or anything else during your stay you can always contact us. We do our best for all our visitors to have a comfortable stay. You will have the best treatment in here! We would be delighted if you would share the experiences from your stay with us, let us know what you have enjoyed the most and what was missing!

What I like the most about Mar deLuxe family house is location. It is close to the sea and beach, just few seconds away and it feels so great that you are able to walk at any time to the sea and just take a swim. No matter is it day or night. There are numerous beaches .

Family house is situated on promenade almost 3 km long that connects old village and Medena Bay ,so if you are stressed after busy day you are able to walk or run, take a bike and just relax along the promenade and smell the fresh air and sea.
The vegetation is mostly made up of olive trees, many oleanders, grapes, lemons, oranges, lavender and rosemary.In Medena you will find may sports facilities as well as children playgrounds.

Seget Donji is a small fishing village where you can still experience the old Dalmatian tradition way of living.You can enjoy from the balconies watching fishermen passing by and if you feel like eating fish buy it fresh from fishermen directly.

Riviera Seget is rich in vegetables and fruits and most residents are involved in fishing or agriculture, which is an advantage for the local restaurants that offer traditional dishes made with local ingredients. Most of them offer a traditional Mediterranean food and have terraces by the sea with view across the bay. This small village gives you advantage to taste local food with great choice of vine.

From here you have good connection with all attractions nearby such as Trogir, Split , Sibenik, Krka Waterfalls, Plitvice National Park, Blue Lagoon on island Drvenik, Split airport.
During the summer season there are taxi boats that connects Seget Riviera with Trogir.
Taxi boats run very often and in 10 minutes you will be in Trogir where you can catch other boat to Split, island Ciovo or ferry to the local islands.This connection is suitable for those traveling without car.

Riviera Seget is suitable for romantic getaway, for families with children , seniors as well for active travellers.
