The Gros Beach studio is a modern 50m2 apartment located on the first floor of a building with a lift located a few steps from the Kursaal Congress Center. The apartment stands out both for its modern design and for its location, where as soon as you leave the portal you can enjoy the many pintxo bars and restaurants in the area. Also Zurriola Beach is in front of the apartment.The apartment has a bedroom, a fully equipped bathroom and a living room with an open kitchen. The apartment offers free Wi-Fi internet.

tolle Lage dadurch auch abends etwas laut, offenes Fenster geht nicht vor 2am.mit nicht funktionierender a/c wird es dann heiß im Zimmer.

The location is outstanding. Gros is truly one of the best neighborhoods in all of Donosti. You are within a very short walking distance of the beach, bars, supermarkets, restaurants, shops, parks, plazas, you name it. The area was very lively as this was during Semana Grande and there are bars directly below the property. This was not a problem for us as we are heavy sleepers and the walls did a good job at keeping the sound out. The real problem was that the shutters did not work and only one of the windows had a curtain, leaving you pretty exposed to the many people outside. This also meant that quite a lot of street lights shined into the property. I think it’s quite outrageous that this was lack of privacy/functionality was not tended to before our arrival.The property itself was clean for the most part and had poor amenities. The WiFi was reliable, there were spare towels but not enough for 2 people, there was no extra toilet paper or paper towels, the bed was comfortable enough. One of the burners on the stove did not work, it would not heat up at all. The washer/dryer only partially worked because the dryer didn’t dry at all. We had to take the clothes to the laundromat to dry them. The property could use some air conditioning. The fan they provide will not be enough for some people. On our last night, a strong smell of rotten eggs emanated from the bathroom at 4am and stopped around 7am.6 out of 10 stars. Needs a lot of work, especially for the price you pay.

Location! This apartment was located perfectly across the street from the beach, easy access to Gros Beach shops & restaurants, and very easy walk to Kursaal conference center. The windows allowed complete darkness if needing sleep, or opened for city views and fresh air. Place to keep bikes secure overnight. Bed was comfortable, shower was warm and strong. Stocked with all the conveniences. Great communication with hosts, EXCELLENT location, will stay here again if we return! Just a bit tricky to find exactly which apartment in the building was ours, but fast response from host. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We really appreciated our time in this absolutely nice Appartement in a top Location. The beach directly opposite the street snd a bar at the corner for a quick afternoon wine & superb restaurants with ZMarethe fine Pintxo bars in Gros with lovely nice people in the tobacco shop eg. We will come back!!

it's a great little studio flat fully equipped

The office staff have been fantastic with communication and they have been really accomodating. Location is great, although can be a little noisy but not bad enough that it would put me off returning. The tv is tiny, which is unfortunate and occasionally there is an unpleasant smell from the bathroom, which I think could be the drainage system. The apartment would benefit from extra pillows, a full length mirror and a clothes horse to hang washing. I dont think the bed would suit someone with a bad back. Overall, I would recommend it for a short break.

La ubicación y conexiones, moderno, tranquilo, dispone de todo lo que se necesita El apartamento estaba limpio, pero mejorable. Deseable, que se compruebe que todo funciona antes de una llegada (una de las placas de cocinar no funciona, ni la luz de una mesita de noche)

Parfait pour un séjour ville/bord de mer

Parfaitement situé dans le quartier de Gros. Accès direct à la plage et proche de nombreux bars / restaurants. Moins touristique que le quartier de la Concha. L'appartement est lumineux, confortable et parfaitement équipé.

El apartamento está muy bien, no tenemos ningún motivo de queja

Quizá haber avisado de que el portal estaba en obras para no asustarnos 😄 Lo único mejorable sería la cama y agregar aire acondicionado pero nada grave.

Ha sido una estancia estupenda.

Es un apartamento sensacional, muy completo, donde además ustedes dejan lavavajillas, detergente, jabón, toallas, etc., de sobra. Enhorabuena por su trabajo. Muchas gracias. Fallaba alguna bombilla (pero la casa estaba iluminadísima) y tuve que cambiar las pilas del mando a distancia de la televisión, por lo que dejé las antiguas junto a las llaves.
