As part of our deluxe collection, this spacious 94 square meter apartment, with included terrace, located in our Benal Beach complex, has a large private terrace, is clean and bright everywhere and offers an impressive view of the Mediterranean.
Apartment on the Costa de Benalmádena with modern decor and terrace with sea view, located on the 7th floor of the Benal Beach complex, situated on park avenue, in front of the Paloma park.
This recently renovated apartment consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed, a large southeast-facing terrace with sea view where you can enjoy breakfast under the magnificent morning sun while admiring the spectacular view. Fully equipped kitchen and dining room with a table for 4 people.
From the kitchen, you access the large open living room that is illuminated thanks to the large doors that lead to the private terrace. The living room has a large double sofa bed. Satellite television with multilingual channels and air conditioning.
Go out to your large private terrace at any time of the day, where you will find an outdoor dining area for 6 people, 3 sun loungers and a large pergola for that much-needed shade. Here you can enjoy a spectacular view of the Mediterranean and the mountains.
