I’m very sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with the hot water and heating during your stay — I completely understand how frustrating and inconvenient this must have been, especially over such a long visit. While I’m glad to hear that you enjoyed the location and that our team was initially responsive, it’s clear that we fell short in delivering a consistently comfortable and reliable experience. The delay in resolving the water issue and the lack of follow-up afterwards are unacceptable, and I sincerely apologize for the impact this had on your stay. We’ve since investigated what went wrong and have taken steps to improve both our maintenance response process and our communication with guests.
