IONIAN GEMS LUXURY VILLAS is built upon a hill, on a plot of land of 4 acres in total. The building itself measures 125 square meters, ensuring maximum comfort and sleeping up to 6 guests.

Your first steps will bring you to the villa’s entrance; walking through it, you will discover the living room – which is perfectly combined with the fully equipped kitchen and the dining area. A welcome basket full of refreshments, beers, wine, juices, spices, sugar, eggs, jam, olive oil and many more is there just for you. The sun enters the space through the large windows, and the blue of the Ionian Sea reflects itself on your eyes.

IONIAN GEMS LUXURY VILLAS offers three bedrooms in the main villa – and they aren’t just rooms in which to sleep. Each has its own private bathroom Two bedrooms are equipped with a king-sized cocomat system bed each, whereas the third features two single cocomat system beds (which of course can be combined into a king-sized one). Two extra sofas located in the living room can be utilized by 2 guests.
Now, it is time to step outside, to the fantastic 1st floor veranda which offers amazing sunsets and personal relaxation .Of course, there is a marvelous spectacle of unique luxury swimming pool embracing the 2 sides of the house –, daily tended and cleaned, offering full privacy and a huge terrace with outdoor furnishing .
