Villa Rosemary - seafront, pool, jacuzzi, gym, pool table

Our family Villa Rosemary has space for 12 people in 5 double bedrooms and extra sofa bed in the living room, swimming pool of 35 m2 and a whirlpool for 6 people and is located on a fully fenced plot of 750 m2 on the sea in a quiet environment. Also it has very well equipped kitchen, gym, pool table, table tennis, kids garden with toys... The ground floor has three bedrooms, living room, kitchen with dining area and a spacious terrace. On the second floor are two bedrooms with bathrooms, air conditioning and a spacious terrace. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the sea, Split and Kastela bay. The first floor is not available it is locked and still didn't finished inside. The ground floor and second floor are connected by an external staircase. Kaštel Sućurac is one of the seven Kaštela located between the historic cities of Split, the old Salona and Trogir. Behind the house is a road that connects seven Kastela, Split, Solin and Trogir. There is a small industrial zone in the place that works according to European standards.

No loud music or noise in period from 23:30 to 09:00. (Croatian law for public order and peace during the period of sleep)

All younger group under the age of 25 must first let us know their age before completing reservation. 500 euro damage deposit upon arrival.

At 450 m above sea level for nature lovers there is a mountain lodge "Kozjak" which has a restaurant. From the terrace of the mountain lodge there is a beautiful view of Split, Trogir, Kastela, the islands, and in very clear weather you can even see the Italian coast. At the foot of Mount Kozjak is the oldest church in Croatia dating from 852. At the same time, it was the first settlement of Kaštel Sućurac.
