The VAL DE RUDA E4, DE MARIMANHA apartment is located in the exclusive Val de Ruda urbanization, at the starting point of the gondola lift that takes you to the Baqueira Beret ski resort. Layout

With a capacity for up to 10 people, this spacious single-story apartment features 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.

The heart of the home is a large multifunctional space serving as a living-dining room and lounge, with access to a small terrace. Highlights of this space include the fireplace clad in reclaimed wood and the high ceilings that provide a sense of spaciousness and light.

The kitchen, connected to the living-dining room by two large sliding doors, can be fully integrated into the space or remain independent. It is equipped with a central island and modern appliances.

From the living-dining room, you access two almost symmetrical bedroom areas, one with a master bedroom and a double bedroom, and the other with two bedrooms with twin beds, all with their own bathrooms. These areas are arranged around interior "garden/terrace" spaces that connect with the community gardens.

Finally, there is a large suite with its own bathroom, separated from the other bedrooms, accessible from a hallway that also leads to a guest bathroom.

The rental includes two parking spaces in the urbanization and two ski lockers located under the gondola lift.
