A quirky property with lots of bits creating a seaside feel. Few roads back from beach but an easy walk to a panoramic beach in both directions.

Fabulous beach and hot tub

Had a fabulous stay making full use of hot tub and the amazing beach which is just up the road! We were lucky enough to see a seal in the sea when we were there. Super comfy bed.

Fantastic dog friendly holiday

Fabulous sandy beach literally just round the corner. The house is very geared up for dogs which was much appreciated. Only drawback was mobile reception in the area was not good so download maps and entry codes before leaving. Wi-Fi good though.

Great location and facilities

Literally 2 minutes from the beach. While other people are struggling to park and can face a long walk to Norfolk's great beaches this property is a 2 minute walk to a long sandy beach. Our dogs loved it. The property is in good condition with a fantastic hot tub.. Sleeps 4 or six with a sofa bed. Lovely large kitchen/dining area and a wood fire (and central heating) for cold nights (we had hot weather so didn't need heating). Also has an enclosed garden so ideal for pets. Definitely going back :)

We found the property not quite as advertised, there wasn’t a dryer, coffee machine or ice maker as stated in the description. It wasn’t the cleanest- there were cobwebs in the corners (with dead flies), windows weren’t clean (or the inside frames). The cutlery tray wasn’t clean, they provided only 1 spare bin bag for a weeks stay and only provided 3 dishwasher tablets for a weeks stay. The sofa was very hard to sit on - we found it had a half inch sheet of wood under the cushions. There wasn’t anywhere to put our things, in the kitchen there wasn’t any free space to put our cupboard food, in the main bedroom every cupboard was filled with there stuff.The bathroom flooring was very slippery, not provided any sort of bath mat in the bath or the shower and no toilet block in the toilet.The decking has not been professionally laid as there are gaps in it that you can catch your bare feet in, also garden ornaments were rusty, giving it an unkept feel.We were sent messages from the owner asking us to leave a patio door open so the cleaner can leave products (they could have waited until we checked out), we were ask to put something in the hot tub, when we didn’t respond I was then sent a WhatsApp message asking if it had been done, then on the last day we were asked to strip all beds and set the washer off - not what I would expect to have to do. We have previously let out our own holiday rental property for over 11 years, so know the standards and what is expected.

We were very disappointed with the condition the chalet was left in after your stay. Our cleaners have told us this was the worst clean-up they have had to deal with since they started cleaning for us in January 2026. The hot tub was left very dirty, with the water turned green. I had contacted you to make sure the chlorine floater was put into the hot tub, but I did not receive a response, so I had to contact you again via WhatsApp. The futon bed was also left assembled, with the bedding left scattered around. The toilet was left in an unacceptable condition, with faeces on the outside of the toilet bowl. There is always a bathroom mat provided in the bathroom, and spare mats are also available in the cupboard. We understand that things can sometimes get untidy during a stay, but the condition the chalet was left in was far beyond what we would reasonably expect from our guests. It has resulted in our cleaners having to spend considerably more time cleaning and preparing the chalet for the next guests. We would appreciate it you would please take more care when leaving holiday accommodation in the future. Thank you.

Beach break

Literally 2 minutes from the beach, everything is in close proximity with a car. Property well equipped. Hot tub was great. Thought we were overcharged for cleaning as there was a lot of hair around the legs of furniture and not the most comfortable sleep - double bed squeaks a lot on one side which was very disruptive. Garden had a lot of building materials in it.
