Large doors and windows allow for abundant natural light and stunning sea views throughout the property. The airy living room, with its high vaulted ceilings, features spacious gray sofas positioned to face the ocean, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere. The adjacent fully equipped kitchen offers high-end appliances and a central island that seats up to eight guests, perfect for enjoying breakfast or casual meals.



The expansive front terrace is designed for relaxation and entertainment, offering a heated infinity pool with panoramic sea views. Lounge chairs and a large outdoor seating area provide the perfect spots for sunbathing or shaded relaxation. The covered alfresco dining area is ideal for enjoying meals with a backdrop of breathtaking sunsets. Below the main terrace, a heated jacuzzi for eight guests is surrounded by palm trees and tropical flowers, creating a private oasis.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including all indoor and outdoor spaces. The property features a heated infinity pool, an outdoor lounge, and a covered dining area. The lower-level terrace includes a heated jacuzzi, perfect for unwinding in the evening. Guests can also enjoy the beautifully landscaped tropical gardens, which enhance the villa’s serene ambiance.

Renting a car is recommended for exploring the island and accessing local restaurants, shops, and beaches. The villa offers private parking for guests' convenience. Its central location makes it easy to reach St. Barths’ best beaches and attractions within minutes.



Other Things to Note:

A minimum stay of seven nights is required, with shorter stays available upon request. The rate does not include the tourism tax (5%) and the service fee (10%), which will be added separately.
