The air-conditioned, spacious living area has a high ceiling, U.S. satellite TV, and glass sliding doors, which open to the covered deck. The living area shares its space with a modern, well-equipped kitchen with a large breakfast island and chairs.

Above the living room is a gazebo, which is intended as a yoga or fitness area, but can also serve as a lounge area away from the main deck and pool. The spacious covered deck offers comfortable seating and a large dining table. Loungers surround the enormous lap pool, which enjoys ample sun and tropical breezes. This villa also comes with a gas grill and a Sonos sound system.
