Paradise in Wilson Park!

Quick weekend trip up the mountain to visit Crystal Bridges and we were welcomed the instant we walked in. Such a lovely home, I could live on the back screened in porch. The mornings are lovely watching the squirrels play from the rocking chair. Home was just as listed, beds super comfy, and CLEAN!

Charming house!

This house was just as expected and the photos are accurate. On a cute street not far from campus….not exactly walkable but a short drive or Uber ride! Sandra was fantastic to work with and the added touch of the wine, cheese & crackers made us feel so welcome! We would definitely stay here again!! Don’t hesitate to book!!

The cutest bungalow in Fayetteville

This place was magnificent! Inside and out. Furnished with great taste and very clean. The beds were super comfy. We loved the variety of artwork and the bathroom vanity that was lit from underneath. That was so cool. The gardens were simple, beautiful and well maintained. The outdoor space was lovely, peaceful and a great place to hang out. I’d write more but having a challenging time paging down in this app.

Charming bungalow

Communication with the owner and check in went smoothly. We found a very clean, charming, relaxing, well equipped weekend stay. It was comfortable and welcoming with many nice touches included in the property. The screened in porch and back deck were perfect for enjoying the spring weather. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was updated and luxurious. Centrally located and easy to get around. Was very pleased with this rental.

Wonderful!!

My girlfriends and I loved our stay at Sandra's beautiful home. It was very clean with a well-stocked kitchen. Easy to cook if you choose to. We enjoyed all the eclectic wall decor, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The location was perfect for our visit. Sandra was a delightful host and great at communicating with me. Delightful Getaway

Our expectations were exceeded. Perfect location - everything we wanted to visit was easily accessible. Sandra was quick to respond to our question. The house was welcoming, comfortable, quiet, and oh, so clean. The beds were comfortable and very well dressed. Extra pillows, blankets, and throws, were all provided. The towels were thirsty and there was plenty of hot water. Televisions were easy to use and the selection of services was ample. If you are fortunate enough to visit this lovely bungalow, I highly recommend taking a moment to sit out on the screened-in back porch and listen to the chiming church bells in the distance. Just take a deep breath and.....be.

Cozy & Inviting Bungalow

Sandra’s bungalow was perfect for our month long stay as we welcomed our first grandchild. Sandra was very gracious and communicated quickly. Everything in the information packet she provided was thorough and easy to understand. The house is nostalgic yet bright and modern. The wifi was top notch and I was able to do everything I needed for work during our stay with no interruptions. The location was convenient and the neighborhood was quiet. This property had the best stocked kitchen of all the rentals we have stayed in over the years.

Home Away From Home

I can't say enough about this place, but don't want the secret to get out! ;-) Sandra is an incredible host; extremely welcoming and helpful. The location is absolutley perfect, nestled in a beautiful historic district near a lovely park, and very close to campus as well. I stayed for a month to get my girls settled into their Senior and Freshman years at UARK and it was very hard to leave. I've already booked again for Mom's weekend! The home was clean, spacious, well stocked and had so much character! Obviously a well loved home. The beds were very comfortable as well! Two thumbs up from this avid traveller/nomad!
