Sie können 6 Personen in dieser gemütlichen, zweistöckigen Poolbereich-Wohnung im zweiten Stock unterbringen, die mit einem Kingsize-Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer und einem Queensize-Bett im Gästezimmer sowie einem Queensize-Schlafsofa im Wohnbereich ausgestattet ist. Beide Schlafzimmer befinden sich im Obergeschoss und verfügen jeweils über ein eigenes Bad. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich die offene Küche, der Ess- und Wohnbereich sowie ein WC.

Haustierfreundlich für Hunde bis 30 Pfund, maximal zwei Haustiere pro Objekt erlaubt.

HAUSTIERBESTIMMUNGEN: Haustiere sind nur in haustierfreundlichen Unterkünften gestattet. Es gibt eine Gebühr von 100 USD pro Haustier für alle Aufenthalte von 7 Tagen oder weniger, 200 USD für Aufenthalte von 8 -
29 Tage und 300 $ für Aufenthalte von 30 Tagen oder mehr. Bei einem Aufenthalt von 7 Tagen oder weniger wird eine Reinigungsgebühr in Höhe von 50 USD erhoben, bei einem Aufenthalt von weniger als 75 USD
Aufenthalte von 8-29 Tagen und 100 $ für Aufenthalte von mehr als 30 Tagen. Die Haustiere müssen zu jeder Zeit am Strand oder außerhalb des Hauses an der Leine geführt werden.
Wenn festgestellt wird, dass sich ein nicht gemeldetes Haustier in einer Unterkunft aufhält, werden dem Gast 500 USD berechnet. 00 und gebeten werden, ohne Rückerstattung zu verlassen.

Bettwäsche für jedes Bett und Handtücher für jeden Gast sind vorhanden.
Ein Mindestaufenthalt von zwei Nächten ist erforderlich.
Vertragsgäste von Padre Escapes müssen mindestens 25 Jahre alt sein.
Der Gast muss über einen staatlichen Führerschein oder einen anderen gültigen Ausweis verfügen.

Property was in a great location; super easy access to the beach.Check in was smooth, and on the surface, the condo was tidy.But a deep clean is definitely needed; there are dust balls &old hair near baseboards and around downstairs tv area.The first night, my mother-in-law slept on the fold out. She woke up with bites on her arm & torso/neck area. We inspected the mattress and found a bed bug. We killed it and held onto it in a baggy so that mngmt could see. My mother in law is elderly, and she was afraid to sleep there again (understandably).We rearranged our upstairs sleeping arrangements, and she stayed upstairs for the remainder of the nights.The fold out mattress is in pretty bad shape, and there was a pretty large brown stain and possible small pieces of excrement stuck to is….very gross!We reported the bed bug immediately, and mngmt initially responded that they wanted to come by to further investigate. This was in the morning around 8:30. We kept ourselves available so that they could come see for themselves. Disappointingly, no one showed up until the early evening. And it was not to “investigate”, just to deliver fresh linens.Mngmt let us know that they would be refunding around 180 dollars, but the fact that no one even came to see the bug or my mother in law’s welts was frustrating.The condo does need a little upkeep. But the fold out couch needs to be replaced.I would not recommend this condo. But I would recommend the property.

Great for our family! The place was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was nice, but being steps from the beach was nicer. We also like the proximity to the jetties. Great for fishing!

The current selection is limited and has seen better days. :( TV is living room is a bit small if trying to have family movie night... having an couple extra blankets would also be nice - bedding is very thin and light and after a day of sun and ac a blanket while watching tv is soothing PS - the entry code is 7 digits long which seemed a bit much and hard to remember

Pet friendly, walk to beach

This condo met our pet needs and was still convenient to the beach. Overall good accommodations, but kitchen was a little small/cramped. However, it served our needs and allowed us some much needed family time while we enjoyed the beach and the area.

Everyone used the other shower. Not happy. Coming to El Constante since the 90's first bad room. First & last time rending this room.

Both beds in the two bedroom unit were broken, soon as you say on them you were in the floor, looked under the bedframe and the they had the beds propped up with a single 2X4 block. The toilets would have to be plunged after every use, including "Fast uses". The experience was so bad, we left a day early just so we could get some sleep. Never again, stay away from 234

Surprise vacation

Rating Details: The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arriving, our surprise was that the unit had a terrible smell in it. We opened the patio door for some air, and it improved. Soon we figured out that the smell was coming the furniture in the LR and from the kitchen sink that was plugged so tight if you ran water in it both sides of the sink filled up. If you ran the disposal, black stuff flew all over. Two of the three bathroom sinks were very slow running. You could only open the microwave door about a third of the way because it hit the wall. Burners on the range were not hooked in, and we never tried to use it , the tub in the main bathroom upstairs was black and worn so badly we went and bought mats to put in the tubs because we wouldn’t stand in a tub that was that terrible looking at all the knobs on the bathroom, sinks and tubs were plastic see-through, and they were all filled with black mold . One of the three legs on the triangle coffee table in the living room was broken. We decided we would only be there four days and we would spend most of our time out of the unit and eat our meals out. And that is basically what we did. I was very disappointed And felt I had wasted the money I spent to come here. The beach there is beautiful. The pool in the community is beautiful. My husband and I had stayed in a different unit back in 2021 and it was very clean. I was so very disappointed , I don’t believe I will go back.
