Thank you for the time spent with us on our property. We sincerely value your opinion. We are a self-check in property, which differs us from standard hotel, hostel-type of accommodation and their services. We would gladly have supported, if asked our customer team that is available 24/7 on phone and email for assistance. The only staff in the surroundings between 8 AM and 4 PM are our housekeeping and maintenance teams. We do provide check in instructions with access information 24 hours prior check in time. Moreover in the property guide link we share with our guests prior arrival, guests can check how to check in if facing difficulties by clicking on the button "check-in" in that guide. Full instructions and visualizations are shown there step by step for easy understanding. If the access code is not activated prior 3PM guests can always reach our team by message or a call to get assistance or clarification.
