Advertised as a luxury and high quality apartment and priced as such, we were very disappointed. There were just too many things that did not justify the very steep price.The balcony was dirty with broken things lying around. The table outside was too small to accomodate 4 people - the 4 chairs don't fit.The lounges outside are so old and dirty that you don't want to get close to them.There is a bucket that fills with the water from the air conditioning inside. This bucket has to be emptied daily otherwise the balcony will be flooded. Because of water dripping from the apartment above there still is some flooding on the balcony anyways. The blinds on the balcony can not be lowered. It was said this is due to building regulations. But it means that it is getting very hot on the balcony in the afternoon.In the living room the air conditioning was leaking onto the living room floor and had to be fixed twice.The air conditioner in one bedroom was not cooling. This one was replaced after our complaint.Basic things in the kitchen were missing. No swirl, rusty knifes, no kitchen paper, not 4 matching water glasses.Cleaning in the middle of our 10-day stay had to be requested. Toiletries and toilet paper was not replaced.Even for half the price we paid, the apartment would be a disappointment.
