This beautiful 88m2 apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, there is also a single sofa bed and a small bedroom with a wardrobe.

In the living room, you will find all the comforts such as a sofa, free private WIFI connection inside the apartment, TV, air conditioning (hot and cold), dining room, and the fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, crockery and everything you need to cook. Guests will also have access to the washing machine, the iron, hangers, and the clothesline.

The bathroom has a hydro massage shower, bidet, toilet, sink, towels, shower gel, and a hairdryer.

The bedrooms have access to one of the terraces and in it, you will find a table and chairs overlooking the gardens and the sea. The main terrace is spacious, it also has tables and chairs and a sun lounger, it has a frontal view of the sea, the gardens of the complex, and the marina.

The distance to Santa Ana beach is 3 minutes walking.

It is necessary to show a valid passport or official identification document to do the check-in.

In our accommodation, a damage deposit is required which will be requested at the check-in in cash. The deposit will be returned by bank transfer within a maximum period of 6 days.

A supplement will be charged in case of:
- Check-in or Check-out later than 21:00 at an extra cost of 20 Euros.
- Check-in or Check-out later than 24:00 hours (00:00 hours midnight) at an extra cost of 30 Euros.
