Villa very close to the main beach of Castellammare del Golfo with 8 beds on the ground floor and 6 beds on the first floor. The large common outdoor area is equipped with parking, outdoor kitchen with barbecue and wood oven, outdoor shower. On the ground floor there is a solarium area equipped with garden furniture and deck chairs from which you have access to a bright living room, adjacent to a spacious kitchen equipped with all comforts and a bar area. The bedrooms are 4 double, 3 of which with private bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a French bed, a bathroom located with a whirlpool bath. In the aforementioned apartment there is the possibility of adding a single bed in 3 of the double bedrooms and 2 additional beds on the sofa bed in the living room.
The structure is divided into two complementary floors connected by two stairs, one internal and one external, since there is also the possibility of having two independent apartments from each other. On the first floor there is a kitchen with adjoining spacious living room with sofa bed and a double bedroom with private bathroom. From the living room you go to a common veranda with sea view, which connects to the further two double bedrooms with private bathroom. In both bedrooms an additional bed can be added.
The villa has a total of 23 beds. Each bedroom has an air conditioner and an air conditioner for each living room kitchen for a total of 9 rooms with air conditioner.
