No swimming pool
Me and my family have used Costa Holidays for years, and in general we are very pleased. But this year the swimming pool in Los Granados was closed. Costa Holidays briefly announced this and said it could be possible that the pool was closed, but they were hopeful. Later they confirm ed that it would be open most likely. The day after we made the full payment we got a new message from Costa Holidays saying the pool were to be closed with a small cha ce of being open. Smells "fishy buisness" and poor customer service. No discount offered at all. Only a key to a totally different community at Marina Duquesa on the other side of the port, to use the pool there.. We Asker for access to the other Los Granados area were the pool was open, but we were repeatedly rejected. Upon arrival we asked several workers by the pool when they expected to be finished and they said September at earliest maybe next year (2023!)... Why did not Costa Holidays have this information too?! We talked to several other tourists as well during our stay that felt the same as us.. Why not be honest straight away and tell those that are renting that the pool will be closed for a long time... Again, not good customer service. A big disappointment especially for our kids (age 1, 4, 7) that only want to play in the pool..
