Located in the peaceful area of Kordere in a private position with truly wonderful panoramic views over kalkan and its bay, it provides an ideal location for those guests looking for luxury and privacy combined.

The accomodation is as follows.
Ground floor:
Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors run almost the full width of the ground floor living areas that provide a wonderful connection between the inside and outside space.
The ground floor is open plan, the living area offers plenty of space for the villas maximum occupancy and comprises of a U shaped kitchen at one end and a living area at the other. In the middle is the dining area with extendable dining table. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs and includes a range of Samsung appliances including built in oven and microwave, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and water-cooler. The living area at the other end is comfortably furnished and includes a large screen television with English speaking channels. Sliding glass doors to the terrace.There is also a cloakroom/ utility on this floor with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
First floor:
This level has three large double bedrooms. The first of these has a Jacuzzi set within the room as well as an en-suite shower room. This bedroom has a balcony to the side as well as access to a shared balcony to the front of the property which is furnished with a table and chairs. This balcony is shared with the adjacent double bedroom which also has an en-suite shower room. The third double has an en-suite shower, a balcony to the front of the building and a huge picture window to the side.

Second floor:
On the second floor, there is another double and one twin bedroom.
The double room has en-suite facilities as well as a Jacuzzi bath. There is a Juliette balcony to the front and a further large furnished side balcony, both of which have open views to the sea and islands.

Outside the villa:
The pool terrace is well-furnished with ample sun-loungers and sun-shades. An al-fresco dining area is provided with seating for up to 12 guests, together with a gas BBQ for your use. The large infinity-edged pool also has a shallow portion, into which sun-loungers can be placed.

The property has a safe and security alarm system

The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 6 nights or less there is an additional charge of 4000 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
