Dear Richard, We cannot help but denounce your review as false; above all, considering that after your stay, the mirror in the closet appeared broken. We sent you the photographs of the damage caused IMMEDIATELY you left of the apartment, which you had the audacity to send back to us with alterations to "prove" that you did not cause the damage. Both the owners and the cleaning team were notified and none of them reported any breakage before your arrival. If it was already broken before your arrival, why do you send us a photo that "proves" that it was not broken? If it broke after your stay, are you suggesting that we broke it on purpose? It doesn't have any sense… You have called us scammers. We are obliged to report your false valuation and take the corresponding legal measures.
