Fantastic Carmen house in the Albaicín of Granada

Magnificent house recently renovated and furnished in the area of Albaicin in Cuesta de Alhacaba. It is a ’Carmen’, a typical house of Granada.

All the house is located on the same floor and it has a living room, kitchen, four bedrooms and three bathrooms, two of them en suite. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and the other two have two single beds. It also has a large private garden in the Nasrid style where you can enjoy the sun and relax. The house has a private swimming pool which opens all year.

The whole house has been decorated respecting old Granada-style tiles and integrating them with brand new furniture.

It is located close to Puerta Elvira and Puerta Monaita, which can be seen from the house. In addition, the house is close to the Gran Vía, one of the main axis of the center of Granada.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
