Dies ist ein Ort zum Entspannen. Wir befinden uns direkt an der Wasserstraße zwischen den Küsten, sodass Sie die Delfine und Pelikane bei Sonnenuntergang beobachten können. Der Strand ist drei Blocks entfernt. Die SunCoast Beach Trolley Haltestelle ist in der Nähe und fährt von Clearwater nach St. Pete Beach. Es gibt asphaltierte Wege zum Wandern, Radfahren und Laufen.

Unsere schöne Wohnung im Erdgeschoss befindet sich in einem ruhigen und intimen Gebäude. Wir sind stolz darauf, es unser zweites Zuhause zu nennen. Wir haben unsere Wohnung mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, die Sie für Ihren Urlaub benötigen. Das Lebensmittelgeschäft auf der Insel ist gleich die Straße runter. Der Park auf der anderen Straßenseite beherbergt einen Bauernmarkt am Freitagmorgen.

Wenn Sie nicht kochen möchten, finden Sie in Gehweite zahlreiche Restaurants und Bars. Lassen Sie Ihr Auto einfach auf dem ausgewiesenen Parkplatz und gehen Sie zu ALLES!

Great place with only a two block walk to the beach with a bay out the back door. Completely updated and like new inside. Quiet and away from the main street thru town. Publix, Walgreens and restaurants only a block away. Communication from the host was awesome! Hope to be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Erik and Gina's condo. Centrally located and so peaceful and quiet. Condo was immaculate, with beautiful decor and very comfortable furniture. The location cannot be beat. Walkable to everything you could possibly need. Just steps from the pool and the bay and minutes to the Gulf. Truly a gem, and we are already planning our next visit.

Just returned from a 12 day stay .The Condo was spotless and well equipped the location is perfect for Publics restaurants and not far from the beach.The dock out the back is great sitting watching the dolfins and birds .

Looking for a great vacation getaway?

The condo was clean and offers everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Great location and an easy walk to the beach. The owners were very attentive and it was a seamless check-in. The pictures represent the condo and we would definitely recommend this property.

Great location

This is our second year staying here and we plan on coming back. All remodeled since the hurricane - looks great! Walk to dinner , the beach, shopping and the grocery store. So convenient. The owners are great with amazing communication.

Wonderful place just as described

Wonderful place just as described. Room was clean stocked with everything you could possibly need from laundry detergent to dish soaps and everything else in between communication with the owner was easy and efficient I would recommend this place highly. Eric is a wonderful host we will be going back.

Treasure Island

This was really an excellent stay. The condo was very nice and had everything you needed. It was close to tiki bars, supermarket, drug stores, restaurants. You could easily walk and it was within a couple blocks of the beach. Very nice area and we bonded with some of the other snowbirds.

Wonderful property

This is a great condo. Very clean and well stocked. The location is close to many restaurants and bars and is about a 35 minute walk to John’s Pass. The beach is beautiful and great for walking. The host is very nice to deal with.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the little condo here, and it was beautiful. We walked to places to eat, to the beach, and barely had to drive accept to the store and places like John’s Pass and Boardwalk. Beautiful sunrises, sunsets, and just nights to sit outside and look at the stars. Area was clean, and even had an extra little pool to enjoy if you wanted. Very comfy living and stay conditions for the fun filled vacation my boyfriend and I planned for!

Great place!

Property was nice and quiet but yet close to everything. Walking distance to grocery, beach, and restaurants. Loved seeing dolphins right out back on the waterway. Owners were great and always responded quickly to my messages. Highly recommended!! We will be back for sure!!

Awesome!

Perfect location on the intercoastal waterway and within walking distance to the gulf beaches, grocery store, bars and restaurants. The condo is immaculate and has great amenities that were very much appreciated such as fabulous mattress and bedding, fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, outdoor swimming pool and gas grill. Would highly recommend staying here.

This condo was everything as advertised. Exceptionally clean and superbly well stocked with most everything you would keep in your own home, including a bathroom scale!! There was such a new feel to the condo as a result of the recent renovation.The furniture was comfortable, and the condo was extremely well lit.A drawback was the lack of natural light in the condo with the blinds down in the daytime due to the nature of the blinds themselves. The condo faces the pool on the first floor so anyone walking by can look in with the blinds open, Albeit there was not a lot of foot traffic during my visit.The condo is within walking distance to Publix and a few blocks to the beautiful Treasure Island Beach. Lots to see and do—Farmer’s Market, shopping, dolphin watching, fishing, sunshine, beautiful sunsets, numerous restaurants, sunshine….During my visit, the area was very quiet. There was no need to contact the hosts during this visit, but their accessibility was made very well aware.Would definitely rent this condo again. Great location and accommodations. Beautiful Sunrises

Condo was very clean comfortable and Quiet ......Beautiful Sunrises over the Dock and with a short walk amazing Sunsets on the Beach! Walking distance to all the Restaurants and Bars! Very Comfortable King Bed. I'll be back very soon!

The location of Boca Ciega Shores is hard to beat. The condo is situated on the inter-coastal which is quieter than the Gulf side high-rises, yet within easy walking distance to all the action. It's also close to the trolley stop which will take you to a multitude of great beaches, restaurants and shopping areas. You can leave your car in the driveway during your entire stay!

There are few locations on the island that offer all these advantages and conveniences. All this in a quiet, friendly, safe neighborhood.
