"The Ranch" liegt auf sanften Hügeln mit unglaublichem 360-Grad-Blick über Sonoma County. Weinberge, Berge, Lichter der Stadt, Obstgärten und Ranches, so weit das Auge reicht, machen dies zum perfekten Zufluchtsort für ein Weinland.

Das umgestaltete Haus verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Vollbädern. 3 Schlafzimmer haben Kingsize-Betten und 1 Zimmer hat 2 Einzelbetten. Es gibt auch einen Schlafsofa im Familienzimmer im Erdgeschoss und ein Queen-Size-Aerobed, ein weiteres Schnittsofa kann auch für zusätzliche Schlafmöglichkeiten genutzt werden. Die frische neue Küche verfügt über Carrera-Marmor, Sub Zero-Kühlschrank und High-End-Bereich und es gibt Platz für 12 am Esstisch. Ein großer 60-Zoll-Fernseher und ein bequemes Sofa im Medienraum und ein weiterer 55-Zoll-Fernseher im Familienzimmer im Erdgeschoss.

Der große, eingelassene Whirlpool ist der perfekte Ort, um sich zu entspannen und den Blick auf die Lichter der Stadt bei Nacht zu genießen. Es gibt eine Hufeisengrube, die auch als Bocciabahn dient, und einen Spielplatz für die Kinder.

The Ranch was a perfect place for our family reunion. We immediately felt comfortable and made full use of all of the amenities: full kitchen, grill, bocce ball court, pickleball, ping pong, hot tub, outdoor seating. The weather was lovely and Randy the host was very responsive. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated many of the thoughtful touches to make the house well-appointed. We would stay at The Ranch again is we could!

Overall, it was a nice home with a beautiful view. We got a little bad luck with the weather. The issue we had is in the main house the hot water was not working in any of the bathrooms. We were in a rush to get to a booked venue and I had 7 people trying to shower and get ready. We ended up being late.The host did respond via text and I had to unplug the hot water heater power plug and wait for a few minutes to work.The next morning I noticed there was water leaking from under the washer and dryer (near the tank). I texted the owner right away.

I'm sorry that you didn't have a 5 star experience at our house. That is VERY rare. I thought we had you covered with the reset of the water heater pretty quickly. I cleaned the air vent on the water heater later that day to avoid further issues. The water was actually running in from the outside from the rain. A downspout diverted was pushed loose by the gardener which allowed water to pool up near the door.

Great getaway from the city!

Had a great stay at The Ranch. Was an easy drive from San Francisco and the outdoor amenities were amazing. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway.

Great family getaway

Very quiet and peaceful, loved the pool and hot tub! The beds were so comfortable and plush, the house was very clean. Nice to have access to the garage. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay!

Great house for a big group. Well stocked kitchen with tools and spices, comfortable beds and great TV/sound system. Loved the outdoor area, the pool and hot tub were awesome and we didn’t leave the property with all the activities. Great views from the yard too.

Perfect getaway

Amazing space for a family friendly getaway

Super fun for a rainy weekend - great hot tub, playroom, movie room and easy walks to see sheep and more! Kids were never bored!! Making for some happy parents and good times. We will definitely be back in summertime!

Great stay, great host . . .

Randy was an excellent host, helpful, responsive and informative. The property is fantastic with amazing views. Beds were great, house is very quiet. Close to everything including fine views of the Pacific at Bodega Bay, and excellent walk-in wine tasting at Region at the Barlow in downtown Sebastopol.

I cannot say enough good things about this property. We have been doing girls trips in the Bodega Bay area for over 20 years and this is one of the nicest properties we’ve stayed. Being in Sebastopol was even closer to us than Bodega so that was more convenient. There were 12 of us women and there was plenty of room inside the house and plenty of areas around the property to gather. It is a large beautiful property with tall surrounding trees and so well maintained. The house has four bedrooms with very comfortable beds. They thought of all the little amenities throughout the home to make your stay comfortable. It’s very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is stocked well with plates, glasses, pots, and pans and utensils. Lots of different seating areas throughout the house. The backyard is gorgeous with a large pool, lounge chairs, and a hot tub all very well maintained. The pool Casita is darling and we loved having some of our guests stay there which added an additional kitchen and bathroom as well. We loved the pickle ball court, which was such a wonderful addition for us. There’s also a fire pit area, large dining table outside, the beautiful view from the upstairs deck, badminton/volleyball grassy area. I could go on and on. You can’t go wrong with this beautiful property. The management had great communication and were very responsive when we needed anything.
