Versteckt auf Tattnall Street, Whippet Haus ist ein Zwei-Zimmer-Savannah-Edelstein. Genießen Sie den kurzen Spaziergang zum Zentrum der Innenstadt und genießen Sie einen privaten Rückzugsort in einem der ältesten Wohnviertel der Stadt.

Sie finden das Wohnzimmer mit einer eklektischen aber warme Sammlung von Möbeln und Dekor von den Besitzern internationalen Reisen bestellt. Ein formaler Speisesaal verbindet die Vorderseite des Hauses mit der heiteren Küche, ausgestattet mit modernen Geräten und Kochgeschirr für alle Ihre Din-in Bedürfnisse. Auf der Rückseite des Hauses finden Sie einen privaten Innenhof, der bequem vier Platz bietet.

Beide Schlafzimmer sind im Obergeschoss, jedes mit eigenem Bad. Das erste Schlafzimmer hat ein Queen-Size-Bett und antiken Schreibtisch, während das zweite Schlafzimmer spiegelt die erste aber mit einem King-Size-Bett und eine hervorragende Aussicht auf historische Tattnall Street. Mit Fenstern auf beiden Seiten des Hauses, Whippet House erhält reichlich natürliches Licht während des Tages. Fensterläden und Fensterbehandlungen sorgen für Privatsphäre bei Bedarf.

Ein Block nördlich liegt auf dem Chatham-Platz, einer der wunderschönen Grünflächen von Savannah. Fahren Sie nach Osten zwei Blocks zum historischen Forsyth Park, bekannt für seinen berühmten Brunnen und einen beliebten Ort für Hochzeiten. Genießen Sie eine Lüge Waffel und Latte im Mirabelle Cafe, bevor Sie die Kathedrale von St. Johannes der Täufer, gleich quer über die Straße. Broughton Street, eine Nabe von Savannah's Shopping und River Street sind nur 10-15 Minuten nördlich von dort, jeweils.

Great location, very comfortable. We found it to be walkable to most of the things you'd want to see and do. We have kids so factor that in to these times... Roughly 10 minutes to Forsyth, 15-20 minute walk to a ton of restaurants (Oglethorpe or Broughton), too far to walk to Plant District.

Place itself was immaculate. Laundry was great. Awesome location just blocks from Forsyth Park, and easily walkable to riverfront and all of the historic parts of Savannah. Definitely would choose the Whippet House again

We picked The Whippet House due to its close proximity to family in the area and allowed our dog to come with us. It was everything we wanted. We appreciated all the pots and pans etc in the kitchen. The house was clean and no dog smells. Easy to walk to Forsyth Park.

Stayed with two friends as a girls weekend, we loved the house and would stay again. Very clean and comfortable, well appointed kitchen, close enough to historic district that we walked everywhere, and we loved walking through Forsyth Park each day. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Savannah

Our visit to Savannah was terrific due to our outstanding accommodations at the Whippet House. The house is quiet, clean, and beautiful, and the artwork is phenomenal. The home is located close to public transportation, so we did not do much driving once we arrived. The kitchen and bathrooms are well appointed, and we appreciated having laundry facilities and off-street parking. We highly recommend staying when visiting beautiful Savannah!
