The brand new villa was designed by a renowned French architect. You will feel at the end of the world (no direct neighbourhood), while being only minutes from the famous village of Elounda.

It has numerous terraces equipped with adjustable bioclimatic pergolas and breathtaking views of the UNESCO Heritage-listed Spinalonga Island, Mirabello Bay and the Sitia Mountains in the background. The door windows make it possible to enjoy this incredible landscape and give the impression of sailing on the turquoise waters of the Aegean Sea.

The house offers all the comforts of a 5-star hotel with perfect insulation (acoustic and thermal) and a very functional plan guaranteeing privacy and tranquility for everyone. It is organized into three distinct wings (two on the upper floor and one on the lower floor), each wing consisting of 2 bedrooms. Thus, the villa can easily accommodate three families.
