Diese zwei Schlafzimmer zwei Bad Wohnung bequem schläft vier. Mit einem Queen-Size-Bett mit TV und Deckenventilator im Schlafzimmer und zwei Einzelbetten im zweiten Schlafzimmer. Unsere Wohnung ist mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, die man erwarten würde, in einem Haus zu finden und nicht eine Miete. Es wurde gerade von den Decken bis zum Boden renoviert; Mit neuen Boden- und Badfliesen überall, Kirschholzschränke, Granitplatten-Arbeitsplatten, SS-Geräte, Klimaanlage, alle neuen Leuchten, Lampen, Ventilatoren, Möbel, Matratzen, Bettwäsche, Kochgeschirr und Zubehör. Entworfen und dekoriert von einem Designer. Alle Matratzen und Kissen wurden mit Staubmilben / Bett Bug Umhüllung Abdeckungen ausgestattet. Genießen Sie die neue 50 'Flachbild-TV / Blue Ray DVD, Kabel und Free WIFI, während Entspannung im Wohnzimmer und / oder Schlafzimmer.

Pacific Shores liegt auf der Sonnenseite von Kihei eine kurze Wanderung über die Straße von Kamoloe Beach I / Charley Young Beach. Wo können Sie Schnorcheln, Surfen und Steh-Paddel-Boarding genießen oder einfach nur auf Mauis schönsten Sandstränden entspannen. Diese Strände umfassen Duschen, Picknickplätze und Toiletten. Perfect Stay

We had a perfect stay: the apartment is a comfortable size and has all the amenities you need. Quiet complex and proximity to the beach. Communication with the hosts was consistently very professional. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back here again.

Perfectly located and great condo

Condo has all of the amenities, and they go over and above making sure you are comfortable here. Great place and for sure! I would stay here and or at any of their properties again. Location is great! :)

Renovated and spacious

The space itself is nicely renovated. The tile floor throughout is lovely and well put together. Both rooms had clean linens and lots of extras available. The space was extremely hot initially when we checked in. The AC must have been left off for a few hours. Without the AC it gets very hot, especially the bedrooms. Cleaning supplies were lacking for guests to use. The pool is being renovated at the moment but will re-open soon. The construction company was making good progress during our stay. The property is close to the beach, about a 1-2 minute walk. Restaurants are also close to the condo. Guests staying at the property tended to be quiet at night. Only a few times would we hear guests walk by loudly. The windows will let sounds come in if others are loud. Overall the property was great and I would highly recommend staying here. It is the perfect size and comfort for anyone staying short or long term.

Ok but would not return

Check-in process: let me just say that I was coming to Maui from a conference and not from home. I was sent the information that needed to be signed by me less than a week from the time of my stay. I am not sure if this is standard but I have rented from others on vrbo and I get this info after the date of full refund passes or about a month from travel. I didn't think the owner responded well when I told him of my difficulties because I didn't have a means to print,sign and scan documents. The air conditioner advertised in the listing is for a little window unit in the living room all else is fans so if you are prone to be hot be aware of this. I feel like the listing should have mentioned this. The cable did not work and we tried the instructions left for us but since there was a warning of a $150 charge for recalibration of the cable If that was needed we left that alone. The kitchen was a nice size and layout but almost all the glassware and plates is plastic and some were cracked and cloudy and the sharp knives are no longer sharp enough to cut pineapple. This last part was mostly a frustration during our visit. The parking spaces are narrow I saw a VW Bettle that was tight and we had a jeep. There was an alternate parking space in the back but it was far from the building. It was swarming season for termites and we experienced a bunch of them swarming one evening that wasn't pleasant and they may have come in through the AC unit since it was so dry and hot that day. And lastly due to a condo reno next door they cut into the water line on our last morning as I was getting into the shower with a head full of conditioner. They didn't cut it back on until about 12:30 so I had to use water bottles instead because I had a flight to catch. As a plus the owner was very responsive and allowed us a little extra time to checkout. The condo was in a great location as well.

Aloha Dawn, we're so glad you enjoyed your stay in Maui. Unfortunately, we have several concerns with your review. This review in no way reflects our condo or our past guest's experiences. First, We send out our condo paperwork and check-in instructions closer to the time of arrival so you don't misplace them. We tried sending them out at the time of booking and found that we had to resend them again since a lot of people couldn't locate them. We found this to be more convenient for our guests. Second, we do show in our listing that we have an AC in the living room and ceiling fans in all rooms. I wish you would have reached out to us so we could have helped you set the AC to a higher setting to cool it down. Third, If you would have let us know you needed help with the cable. We would have helped you with the operation. We also leave paperwork in the guest book to walk through the use of the remotes and TV's operation. Fourth, We do have plastic glassware so you can take it to the pool pavilion for outdoor eating. They don't allow a glass of any kind in the pool area. Fifth, The parking spots in Maui are all small. I understand if you haven't been here before that you may be surprised by this. Even though we accommodated her travel plans by allowing her to stay past checkout we're very surprised by the condition she left our condo. The condo was left extremely dirty, and we even had to throw away soiled sheets since we were unable to remove the stains. We truly hope our future guests know that this review in no way reflects our past guest experiences.

Nicely remodelled good size apartment

The apartment is well equipped for all your needs ,the sofa is nice and comfortable.The apartment has excellent WIFI but be aware the password in the instructions is in uppercase when it needs to be entered in lowercase. Superb large screen TV in comfortable lounge area. The owner is very business like with all communications which were good throughout, the door lock and code system was a bit difficult to work probably due to the jet lag I was suffering from but once set up worked well ,but is does mean the checking in and out times are strict ,we had to hang around for hours waiting for the timer to operate which seemed strange as the apartment was obviously ready ,but those are the contracted rules I suppose. Please be aware if you intend having a car that the parking space is small but well locate opposite the apartment ,there is also a lift which is handy when bringing suitcases up to the apartment.

Beautiful clean condo in a great location.

Our condo was clean, well equipped and located in a awesome spot on Maui. We enjoyed all the fun "toys" that were provided: boogie boards, football, towels and day cooler to take on the beach with us. You couldn't ask for a better location. Located across the street from one of the best snorkeling, sunning and paddle-boarding beaches. just a few minutes away you can even surf. Close proximity to stores and restaurants. Once you get there you really don't even need to drive. Highly recommend.
