Pool and Parking on the Beach

Relax in this beautiful 2-bedroom apartment with pool, free WIFI and underground parking in front of Rincón de la Victoria beach. To get to the beach you just have to cross the street. Bus stop to the center at the door. Sea views from the entire house. One street from a large playground, a skate park and the municipal auditorium and very close to supermarkets. It is fully equipped with air conditioning, Smart TV, washing machine, microwave, toaster, electric water kettle, etc.

The building has a community pool. The underground parking is in the building opposite. The apartment is renovated and consists of two large rooms, one with a double bed and the other with two singles. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room has two rooms, an area with a chaise longue sofa bed and an armchair and the dining area. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, soap and shampoo. From this you access the small terrace with table and chairs. The house has hot/cold air conditioning, towels and bedding, as well as a washing machine, refrigerator, electric water kettle, coffee maker, toaster, mixer, pots, pans, cutlery and everything you need to cook and eat. Pool hours: July 15 to September 15 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

The area is magnificent. The beach is across the street and can be seen from the entire house. Bus stop at the door that connects with the entire coast and directly with the center of Malaga in less than 30 minutes. On the seafront you have everything you need. Many restaurants, ice cream parlors and beach bars. It is also very close to the center of Rincón (walking distance) where there are supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, shops, etc...

CHECKING - CHECKOUT
Key delivery takes place directly at the house. A person will greet you to show you the house, give you the key and give you a little interesting information about the area.
The entry time is as follows:
- From 12:00 to 20:00. Exceptions:
- Between 12:00 and 16:00 there is a possibility that the house will not be ready because guests could leave that same day. In this case, a normal check-in will be carried out: handing over keys, leaving luggage, even changing clothes, but then you have to leave the accommodation until it is finished, maximum 4:00 p.m., but we will notify you as soon as it is ready.
- From 20:00 to 00:00 a supplement of €30 must be paid in cash upon arrival.
- From 00:00 to 1:00 you have to pay a supplement of €50 in cash at the time of entry.
- We do not receive after 1:00.
- Depending on the circumstances, it is possible to enter before 12 noon. Ask.
